Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps people to understand what helps them feel positive or anxious, as well as accepting their weak and strong points. When people can identify their feelings and ways of thinking they become better at coping with life and difficult situations.

One of the most important factors in achieving the most benefit from pyschotherapy is having a trusting relationship with your therapist. This can be built up and a good rapport is essential.

Sometimes therapy can be brief, or treatment may carry on for much longer.

Whatever the duration, psychotherapy has the potential to help you make dramatic changes in your life. Many people have found that deep seated and long lasting issues can be resolved effectively under the therapeutic guidance of a skilled practitioner.

In addition to proven psychotherapeutic interventions, I am also able to draw upon other disciplines, hypnotherapy and NLP. The result is a powerfully effective combination, and one of the reasons for my particular success with my clients.
